Byron Bay Cookies
The Byron Bay Cookie Company has been making all kinds of wonderful treats for many years now, originally being handmade at the bakehouse in - you guessed it - Byron Bay. They are now being baked in the UK using locally-sourced ingredients, premium European chocolate, rich fruit and decadent nuts.
The cookies (that’s cookies - not biscuits - people!) come in a wide variety of sizes and flavours. We are sure you are going to love the café cookies. Coming in glass jars, they make a strong visual impact and customers just can’t help themselves but pick one up on the way through.
Whether you have a taste for fruit, nuts or chocolate, flavours include:

If you are short on space, the single wraps option may be for you: individually wrapped cookies whic are ideal for ‘grab 'n' go’ sales.
In this range you will find the gluten-free varieties – single-wrapped to avoid cross contamination.
The whole range has been approved by the Vegetarian Society and the gluten-free range is approved by the Coeliac Society.
