What Credit Cards do Havana Coffee Co. Accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch or Delta. 128 bit SSL Digital encryption is used to securely scramble your credit card details between your browser and our webserver.

Am I able to order over the phone or fax?
Yes after you have proceeded to the online checkout, just give us a call on: 01271 374376 or send us a fax on the same number.

I can’t remember my password!
Visit the Member's Logon page, there you can provide us with your email address and we'll email your password to you.

Is it possible to edit my membership details?
After you have logged on as a member, you will see "Edit my details" on the home page. Clicking this will take you to the membership edit details page.

You don’t appear to stock the item I want!
Manufacturers are constantly launching new models, we also stock other machines which may not be shown on our website, e-mail us: info@havanacoffeeco.com or give us a call on: 01271 374376.

How long will it take to deliver my order?
We will endeavour to despatch all items in stock within 24 hrs subject to seasonal holidays. Please allow 3 –7 days with a maximum of 14 days. If a product is likely to be longer, we will contact you to offer you an alternative delivery date or a full refund.

Are all deliveries free?
Yes all deliveries within the United Kingdom are free of charge.

Does Havana Coffee Co. deliver Internationally?
Not currently however should you wish, we can quote for delivery for any item, just e-mail us: info@havanacoffeeco.com telling us where you wish us to ship to and which items you require.

How can I change the delivery details on my order?
If you need to change the delivery details on your order, please email us with any changes.

To make delivery easier, you may wish your shipment to be delivered to your place of work.
Please leave us a home or mobile telephone number so we may contact you in the unlikely event of a delivery problem. We must point out, that we are unable to deliver to Post Box addresses.

Havana Coffee Co prices are displayed on this website, they are inclusive of delivery within the UK. We reserve the right to change the price of a product without notice. All prices are given in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

Ordering
We have no control over a manufacturer that decides to withdraw a product from supply. In the unlikely event of this occurring, we will offer an alternative or a refund in full. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all listed items are in stock, certain circumstances may arise where a particular item may be temporarily out of stock. We will advise of an expected delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. We regret that we are unable to accept any orders from outside the UK.

Returns Policy

Returns policy
Should any item arrive either faulty or damaged, please advise us by calling 01271 374376 or via e-mail: returns@havanacoffeeco.com within 48 hrs of despatch. If you are not satisfied with the product when it reaches you, you may return the product to us. Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged. All returns must be professionally packed using the original packing materials. A refund will only be given when the goods have been received and checked by Havana Coffee Co.

Warranties
All manufacturers warranties are with each individual manufacturer not Havana Coffee Co. Whilst we will be happy to assist should there be any warranty problems the contact details with each manufacturer will be sent with each item. Please note that all manufacturers have their own policies see below. It should be noted that purchasing from outside the UK will sometimes invalidate your warranty be sure to read the terms & conditions.

Damaged Shipments
Should you receive, damaged goods, contact us immediately. You should inspect your package on delivery. Do not accept damaged goods from the carrier. You may return the goods to us free of charge, we will organise a replacement. 01271 374376
